A help is an action given to provide an assistance or aid to someone in need of such assistance. 

A helper is the person who render an assistance to the needy. 

You need to watch the intentions of the help people are offering you. Some helps are traps, you need to be wary of the help you get. 

#Types_of_helpers 

1. Genuine Helpers.

These are people who genuinely offer an assistance without an ulterior motive. 

They are real helpers, their passion push them to render an assistance, and they do it passionately without fear or favor. They even help without expecting a reward or a thank you. 

These are real helpers and are worthy of emulation by all who wishes to be of help to others. 

The best form of assistance is the one done out of a genuine passion without expecting a reciprocation. Not I scratch your back, you scratch my back. 

Genuine helpers are few and rare, once you get one, please, don't abuse the privilege. 

2. Timely Helpers. 

These are helpers who come at the right time when you needed them most. 

There are some help you get in life, when you don't really need such helps, you might not really value such helps when they come. But timely helpers come at the time when you needed them most. 

Although, God's time is the best. I pray God grants us our help when we needed them most. The psalmist says: satisfy us early with your mercy so that we may rejoice and be glad all the days of our lives. This shows there is a time you will get some mercies or help, and your soul will not be glad. 

3. Unsolicited Helpers. 

These are surprise helpers, they help you without you asking for it. This are helpers that identify a need in your life and move on to meet the needs without even asking for it. 

These are voluntary helpers who assist out of their own volition without any external pressure. 

If you have the power to help someone today, please, do it, the world needs more of that. Don't wait until someone ask for your assistance, do that which you are capable of doing. 

4. Advantageous Helper. 

These are people who claim to help or lift you up with the intentions of climbing on you to get to their peak. They help you so as to facilitate their own movement. Their ultimate goal is to make you a stepping stone to their own success. 

They will make you king but later strip the crown and bead, after using you to achieve their mischievous goals. 

They attempt to help just because of what they can get from you on the long haul. 

5. Conditional Helpers. 

These are helpers with a clause. Their help is not free, it usually come with a condition or clause. I give you this, you give me that. 

They believe nothing goes for nothing. 

I get you a job, you give me your first salary. I give you this opportunity, but you give me your body.

One needs to be wary of this kind of helpers. Don't allow your desperation to get help blindfold your eyes to their terms and conditions, they are sometimes not as simple as you presume. 

Even in the face of desperation to get help, shine your eyes before you enter a trap that you won't find easy to get out from. 

6. Boastful Helpers. 

This are helpers who after assisting you goes about blowing the trumpet that they assisted you. 

This set of people are so loud, they only offer help so as to show people that they are capable of helping or to score some cheap points. 

You often hear them say, "I lift you up, if you misbehave, I'll bring you down". I gave you that seat, if you mess up, I will unseat you. 

You might end up being frustrated by this so called helpers. 

I don't desire to get help from this kind of helpers! 

7. Divine Helpers. 

This is a supreme and Godlike help. It comes almost at "zero hour" when all hope seems to have been lost. 

This is the hand of God mighty to help in all and any situation. This kind of help comes at times just to prove to you that the help of man is vain and insufficient. 

This is the help of God, who can use an egg to crack a kernel just to abase a proud stone. 

God is still in the business of helping people supernaturally, take your challenge to him, even when it seems all hope is lost. 

Divine heavenly helper is still at work.
