Nigerians can joke a lot and the way some people give Cars funny names will keep you laughing.
Most cars that are popular in Nigeria will always end up with special names and these names mostly comes from how the car is or the kind story surrounding the car.
One small group of people will just give one funny name to a car and before you know it, the name is everywhere.
Some of the funniest names you can hear;
1) Volkswagen 1952 car model name is Beetle but Nigerians call it Tortoise car.
2) Camry 1995 = 'Orobo'. Orobo is the Pidgin word for a fat person.
3) Camry 1999= Pencil.
The name came as a result of the slim and long nature of the car.
4) Camry 2004 - 'Big Daddy/Big for Nothing'
It's like Nigerians are not too happy with the 'fatness' of this car, that's why they call it 'big for nothing' or 'big daddy'. People feel the car has too much space that is a waste.

Tyrese Gibson is one of the people that called this car 'Baby boy' after he cruised the car in 2001 'Baby Boy' firm. Since then people began calling Honda Accord model 'baby boy'.
7) Honda Accord 2003 - 'End of discussion'
The slogan of the advert in that year was, "The new Honda Accord, End of discussion".
Even Nigerian singer MI Abaga drop one song about the car for his Fast Money Fast Cars 2008 hit single where he featured Wizkid: "She said what you driving baby boy cause an End of Discussion will signal end of discussion", this is the line the rapper dropped.

This is the car Honda released for their Accord series afta the "End of discussion". If discussion never really finish, what will happen?
