Sexual intercourse comes with a lot of responsibilities that people don't even know about. It's not about doing it and getting up. There are things that a lot of ladies are supposed to do to avoid infections and any other problems that may occur.

Here are things that every woman are supposed to do,

1) Take your birth control: if you are not on the implant type of birth control then always take your pills.

2) Drink lots of water: it's important to drink lots of water to flush out and cleanse your system.

3) Take your bath and brush your teeth: washing up after is really necessary to get rid of things can cause infections like yeast. Always clean up with clean water and if you must use soap then it shoupd not be heavily scented. Also brush your mouth cos you know you use it during the do.. lol.

4) Allow your lady part to airdry- it's important to let your area dry before dressing up, you can use a hand fan or hand dryer.

5) Wear a cotton pant and sleep naked: allow air to penetrate and to prevent odour and heat.
