Tobechukwu Victor Okoh aka Peruzzi was born on December 5, 1989. He is a Nigerian singer and songwriter.

Peruzzi's 2018 single Majesty, had featured 2018 Big Brother Naija runner up Cee-c and the song was a huge success in Nigeria. Before the release of Majesty, the singer had been blasted by many social media users in Nigeria who claimed the singer makes his fame or shine on featured songs in order words he makes use of featuring in other people's songs to achieve his success. He also featured on "Amaka" which was Tu-Face hit song.

Lately, the issue of rape has been a thing of concern in Nigeria as lots of cases have been coming up. Most Nigerians have shown their insensitive sides during all this especially some of the men, which is bad as they are potential Rapists if you read some of their comments.

However, certain Nigerians went digging into Peruzzi's past on Twitter and discovered his old tweets 9 years ago in which he made jokes about rape and clearly called himself a rapist. In most of his tweets he insinuated that he will have his way with any woman and any woman who dresses in a certain way or comes to a club will be raped by him.
