How to know someone is recording you on a phone call and what to do

The population of people using mobile phone is uncountable. Technology is growing in the world as different things are been newly invented and some been upgraded to a new brand. 

Our mobile phone can perform a lot of things, which one of it is making of phone call. We use our mobile phone to communicate whenever we want to get in touch with people who are far from us. Sometimes, these calls we make are not to be disclosed to others, especially when it is an official one. 

Some people record other people's voice while making a phone call. As we have a lot of fraudsters now calling people and blackmailing them using their recorded voice as a means of evidence. Therefore, one needs to be very careful and should be mindful of the kind of conversation he makes while on a phone call.

Unfortunately, many of us don't know we're been recorded on the phone. In this article, I'll be discussing with us on how to know if someone is recoding you on the phone.

Below are some ways to know if someone is recording you on the phone:

A single loud beep at the beginning of the call.

If you notice a loud beep sound as you pick your call, there is probability you're been recorded on the phone. As you pick the phone the person might have press on record, to record your conversation.

Frequent beeping tone during the call.

Most of the time, when you're on a call and you receive a message, you will definitely hear a beep sound. You can take this instance to figure out if someone is recoding you. If during the call you hear a middle volume beep sound and it wasn't a message notification, probably, you're been recorded by the other caller.

The best thing to do if you notice such things is for you to ask the person if they're recording or you should end the call immediately if you don't trust the person.

Normally, this act is illegal, it is not something that should be supported in our society. If you have your phone set at auto record, it will be good to change such setting.
