If You Are Tired Of Eating Normal Noodles, See How To Make Noodles Frittata In Just 20 Minutes.
Most of us are used to eating normal noodles and fried egg everytime but don't know how to spice up our game and put creativity to it to taste totally different and even better than normal.
Today, I'm going to be teaching you how to make noodles frittata in just 20 minutes and all you need is not much, you can find them in any food market closer to you. Special thanks to @Tspice Kitchen. Without wasting much time, Let's get started.
Here are the ingredients you will be needing to make noodles frittata.
1. Noodles (Anyone of your choice).
2. Vegetable oil.
3. Red pepper.
4. Ground pepper.
5. Salt (or your noodles seasoning).
6. Green pepper.
7. Stock cubes and thyme.
8. Onions.
9. Duced plantain.
10. Egg.
Let's get started.
Get a pan and add your oil. Fry the plantain till it's golden brown, set aside.
Break the egg in a bowl and add salt.
Then add seasoning, Thyme is optional but add it if it's available. Also add the ground pepper and whisk together. Set aside.
Get a pot of boiling water and add the noodles. Cook it for some seconds to help soften the noodles. Pour it into a seive to help in drainage of the water.
Put a pan on low heat, grease the pan with oil.
Pour in the noodles and spread evenly. Pour the egg you mixed early across the pan. Add the fried plantains.
Add the onions, green pepper and red pepper.
Cover the pot and steam for some minutes with the low heat. Maybe 10 to 20 minutes.
Your noodles frittata is ready. Serve and enjoy.
