Tired of the regular tomato stew? Try this sauce recipe.


This sauce is one of the easiest to make yet not so regular.

The type of sauce you eat, forget to clear your plates and sleep off at the same spot.

My procedures are very simple and easy to follow.

Ingredients:

1. Beef.

2. Fresh tomatoes and pepper.

3. Onion.

4. Thyme.

5. Garlic.

6. Seasoning cube.

7. Bay leaf.

8. Salt to taste.

9. Groundnut oil.

10. Green vegetable.

Procedures:

~ Wash the meat and marinate with bay leaf, crushed garlic, thyme, seasoning cube and salt. Allow to sit for an hour then cook with half cup of water till down. Bring down the meat and set aside.

~ Chop the fresh pepper and tomatoes. Please, do not blend.

~ Heat up the groundnut oil, add the chopped tomatoes, pepper and onion for 30 minutes.

~ Add thyme, salt and seasoning cube. Add the meat and be careful to remove excess water if there's any. Cook for another 10 minutes and set aside.

~ Put another pot on fire. Add the green vegetables, onion and a little salt very little salt to compliment the one added to the stew. Steam for 3 minutes on a very low heat and add the stew. Stir fry for 20 seconds and it's done.

You can decide to serve with rice or even swallow.
