Food: You Will Love To Eat Fried Rice Daily, With These perfect Way To Make Fried Rice

Fried rice are not very common to prepare due to the costly way of preparing it, and needs a good chef in the build up to the cooking of the rice. But people find it interesting to prepared other meal of rice as jollof rice, rice and stew, rice and eggsauce, rice and beans etc.

Here Are The Ingredients

1. Foreign Rice or Nigeria Rice

2. Green beans

3. Green peas

4. Green pepper

5. Ripped Carrot

6. Sweet corn

7. Liver

8. Meat (chicken, beef)

9. Maggi (knorr chicken)

10. Red tomatoes

11. Onions

12. Crayfish

13. Red Pepper

14. Vegetable oil

15. Salt and seasoning spices

Preparation Of Fried Rice

The first step is to parboil your meat. Wash all your meat with the liver, put all together inside a pot, then add your Maggi, salt, onions and spices. Add your water then cover the pot to cook for 20 minutes. But the larger the meat the longer Tue time.

The second step is after the meat is done, set aside your meat and liver, slice the liver into tiny pieces and put on one side. Then fry your meat, if you want.

The third step is to wash all your green beans, green peas with green pepper and slice them to pieces, and put on one side. Don't slice your peas and let it be on one side.

The fourth step is to wash the carrots, peel off the skin and them cut into smaller pieces. Also wash your onions, slice them to pieces and keep on one side. Also blend the red peppers and crayfish to another side.

The fifth step is to parboil the rice for 20 minute and keep it to one side.

The Sixth step is put a pot on fire, if there is water in it, allow to dry. Pour out your vegetables oil, allow to heat for 2min and your slice onion, stir well.

The seven step is to pour into the pot on fire the water you use in parboiling the meat and your salt also little seasoning spices, add your pepper, and blended crayfish to it. Cover the pot and allow to cook for 10 minutes.

The eight step is to add you parboiled rice into the pot on fire, cover it and allow to cook till it done. Take note of too much water.

The ninth step is to put it down from the fire when done, now place another dry pot on fire, add the vegetable oil and allow to hot, pour the sliced carrots, green beans and green pepper, green peas and slice liver to it, stir well and allow to fry just for 10min, don't allow it to dry.

The last step which is the tenth step is to pour everything you just fried into the pot of rice you put aside and don't forget your sweet corn, add it to the rice and mix everything together. That's all, your fried rice is ready.
